Sometimes its okay to do nothing

I’ve been working on this Christmas Poem for a week or so, actually I say working very loose because realisitically the amount of time I’ve put into it is minimal.

And that’s okay. I have to remind myself it’s okay to not complete something, technically the poem was complete but I was trying to revamp it for Christmas. Well, I ran out of time and now I’ve been hard on myself as each day furthers away from Christmas.

So here I am writing a blog post to remind you, and me, it’s okay to put a project down and choose to do nothing. Sometimes that’s the brains way of asking for a break.
