Rewriting a story is like Rewiring my anxiety

It hurts! It’s hard, it takes consistency and persistence. I must trust in myself, I must trust in the process.

I cut the words away but don’t throw them away. I rephrase and reformat to fit the once bad into better, sometimes even from the same place they originated. Or maybe these words fit somewhere else better. Put that fear elsewhere, let mistakes happen to give them a chance to be rewritten.

Everything is fixable if you want it to be, every word can be better either way enough care and attention.
