i already love you
making friends is great, and of course its harder as we get older. I’m not sure why its harder though, since so many people post videos about wanting to make friends. heck i even knew a girl that made an ad on our local shopping facebook site seeking a friend. something like, “30 yo mom likes books and harry potter wants new friend without drama or bs” super cute!
funny story though, i’ve actually been dumped by friends, but i’m used to it. it’s not even that i have a big personality, but i suppose if i’m dumped by a friend, they were never a good friend to begin with and i’m too trusting, too forgiving. i want to love everybody.
so when i meet a new friend that we click and we both want the relationship, it is such a heartwarming feeling.
so here’s hoping you make a new friend today, or tomorrow, or next week, because you deserve someone to share secrets and time with
